Functions:
The Human Resources Office of Shanghai Medical College is an administrative department under the leadership of Shanghai Medical College. Its main functions include: undertake human resources management of the faculty and staff at Shanghai Medical College by focusing on the construction of a first-class faculty; implement personnel decisions and arrangements made by Fudan University and Shanghai Medical College, observe the development law of modern medicine, study medical personnel development strategies, implement medical personnel building plans, and carry out personnel introduction and training; coordinate the selection, recommendation and application in respect of various personnel plans or projects and make macro plans for and implement the training of all types of personnel; take charge of the selection, training, support and reward of medical faculty and other types of personnel; take charge of or assist the appointment of professional and technical posts; coordinate resources to ensure medical human resources and personnel services and guarantee.
